Abstract | This study evaluated the osmoregulatory system changes in 39 patients with severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Plasma osmolality (Posm) less or more than 280 mOsm/kg body weight were associated with inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion syndrome and hypovolemia, respectively. |
