| Abstract | We present a case of a 76-year-old patient with intestinal malrotation, with incomplete rotation of the small intestine and abnormal positioning of the duodenum and superior mesenteric vessels over the transverse colon. Furthermore, the patient suffered of a concomitant cancer of the ascending colon. |
