Κύριος εργαστηριακός εξοπλισμός:
Animal housing facility (120 mice or 500 rats), with climate control, automatic lighting, and air changes. Small animal surgery room (ventilator, complete set of tools, etc.), stereotaxic equipment for small animals. HPLC determination of neurotransmitters (glutamic, aspartic acid, GABA, glycine, taurine, etc.) with fluorometry. Behavioral cages (elevated plus maze, object recognition, olfactory memory, immobilization). Pulsatile microtome. Microscopes, stereoscopes. Metabolic cages (2). Brain nuclei perfusion setup for mice, 2 positions, syringe pumps, peristaltic pump.
