PPS "Clinical Mental Health"
The aim of the MSc "Clinical Mental Health" is the scientific specialization on the broad subject of Clinical Mental Health. The education upon this field refers to the promotion of mental health, the treatment of mental disorder and the determinants of health and disease within an extensive social and cultural context. The curriculum of this master program includes intensive, comprehensive and in-depth theoretical training in conjunction with applied scientific research. The MSc “Clinical Mental Health” intends on providing its students with a complete knowledge concerning the clinical education, the multidimensional therapeutic approach and the overall promotion of mental health.

Specific admission requirements The Postgraduate Specialization Degree Program " Clinical Mental Health" accepts graduates of all Faculties of Medicine Medicine of the Greek Univeristies and Universities of abroad as well as graduates of Universities of related subject areas (Dentistry, Veterinay Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Sociology, Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, Social Work)

Graduation requirements 2 semesters, 75 ECTS. Approval of Postgraduate Courses (General Assembly of Special Composition 12/30-04.2015) The students need to collect 45 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) from the Compulsory Courses and 30 ECTS from the Preparation of the MSc Thesis (for a total 75 ECTS). Each unit ECTS represents, on average, 25 hours of theoretical or practical training or guided learning training , in accordance with similar Postgraduate Courses of European Universities.
