| Abstract | The management of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) presents multiple challenges. We present three cases that illustrate some of the most challenging aspects of caring for patients with CPA: specifically, antifungal drug resistance, drug interactions, coinfection with nontuberculous mycobacteria, and large-volume hemoptysis. |
