| Abstract | We report the first Greek case of autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy seropositive for antibodies against ganglionic acetylcholine receptors, unique for an antecedent viral cerebellitis and long, slowly progressive course, with improvement after treatment with pyridostigmine. |
