Abstract | Cerebral frontal lobe abscess may be a frequent intracranial complication of paranasal sinusitis. An unusual case of cerebral abscess complicating massive polyposis is described in a patient with history of previous severe head trauma 30 years ago. Imaging evaluation using both computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging is important to diagnose such rare entities. |
